What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to help restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

During a Reiki session, energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client, helping to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and support natural healing. Reiki is non-invasive and can be received by anyone, regardless of spiritual or religious beliefs.
 

Many clients experience:
✔️ A deep sense of calm and relaxation
✔️ Gentle warmth, tingling, or energy movement
✔️ Emotional release or mental clarity
✔️ A feeling of balance and renewal

 

What to Expect

A session with me is a peaceful and restorative experience. Here’s how it works:
 

Before the Session​

  • You’ll be invited to lie fully clothed on a massage table.

  • You’ll be encouraged to relax, close your eyes, and breathe deeply.
     

During the Session

  • I will gently place my hands over specific areas of your body, either lightly touching or hovering above.

  • You may feel warmth, tingling, or gentle waves of energy. Some people experience deep relaxation or even fall asleep.

  • The session is completely guided by your body’s needs, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed.

  • Each session is different. At times, intuitive messages or images come through, guided by your energy and readiness.
     

After the Session

  • You’ll have a few moments to slowly come back to full awareness.

  • We’ll discuss any sensations, emotions, or insights you experienced and I may share what I observed.

  • You may feel lighter, more centered, and deeply relaxed. The benefits of Reiki often continue to unfold in the days following your session.
